Lazy Duck Inn is a private lake home that comes turn key with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay at the lake. The property offers a laid back lifestyle with all the comforts of an exclusive lake home.

Location

The property is located on the North shores of Lake Kampeska, a 5,250 acre glacial lake, located just a couple minutes west of Watertown, SD. This lake features excellent water sport opportunities. Fishing includes the opportunity to catch walleye, bass, crappie, perch, and northern.

The Lazy Duck Inn is conveniently located in Watertown, SD on the Eastern side of the State. It is located 140 miles South of Fargo, ND or 100 Miles North of Sioux Falls, SD and 200 miles West of Minneapolis, MN. We are located less than two miles from the Watertown Airport, which features daily jet flights to Chicago and Denver.

Rental House Rules

House Rules:
This home is located in a private residential neighborhood where the residents like you enjoy their privacy and the tranquility of their lake life. Because of that, we ask that you and your guest to comply with our house rules to ensure an enjoyable stay for you and the residents around you.

Check in time 4pm or later (after hours arrival, please make arrangements with the owners in advance)
Checkout time no later than 10:00am
Children are welcome- house is not childproof so guests must supervise children at all times to ensure their safety
No parties, large gatherings or events allowed. Maximum of 10 people on property including registered guest without prior approval from owners.
No pets on property or in the house
No RV's / Campers / Tents allowed
Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old, all minors guest must have a legal guardian as a register guest
No Smoking/Vaping allowed in the home
Courtesy quite hours for neighbor's from 9:30pm to 8am
All kitchen dishes & utensils must be cleaned and put away prior to departure
